Unless otherwise indicated, all rehearsals, including dress rehearsals, begin promptly at 7:15 pm and typically end at 9:45 pm. Plan on arriving no later than 7:00 pm to warm up, pick up music, etc. Please be ready to play at 7:15 pm.
Musicians playing one on a part should provide a substitute at rehearsals. A substitute is required at all dress rehearsals and concerts. You should allow adequate time to procure a replacement.

Please communicate your absence as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to Morven Balmidiano, Orchestra Manager at m.balmidiano@yahoo.com up to 4:00 PM before the scheduled rehearsal time. You may also call or text message Morven at cell phone (425) 213-6492 at any time. If text messaging please remember to leave your name.
Our librarian is Michelle Crumpler, michelle_crumpler@hotmail.com. Our sheet music is rented and must be mailed back to the rental company. Please return all music immediately after every concert or as instructed. You will be charged $10.00 for each piece of music not returned.
